Please note that rooms may become available at the conference hotel as we get closer to the meeting date. Be sure you are aware of the cancellation policy at the overflow hotel where you have booked so you can cancel without penalty should a room become available for you at The Willard Hotel.
Conference organizers have negotiated a discounted rate of $329.00 plus tax at the Willard InterContinental Washington, D.C. hotel.
The deadline to receive the exclusive group rate is February 13, 2017. We encourage you to make your reservation early, as the hotel and discount block may sellout before this date. After this date, reservations will be accepted based on availability and higher rates may apply.

Hotel Deposit and Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. These deposits are fully refundable if the hotel is notified three days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
